OUR SCHOOL VISITS


We travel the country, sharing our books with students...
it's our favorite thing to do!

  • Our school visits are full-day and are appropriate for pre-K through 8th grade
  • We share original manuscripts and talk about the processes involved in publishing books, as well as funny and amazing stories behind all four books!
  • Our books are steeped in character-building skills, and conversations are shared on subjects such as cooperation, dedication, growing up, taking chances, and love!
  • The students watch Cathy complete an illustration which she leaves as a gift for your school!
  • Your school receives a free set of books!
  • Signed books are available to your families at a discount price. We provide a flyer for your convenience.
  • Fee for a full day is $1500 plus travel expenses.*
*Allison and Cathy are also available individually, at $750 per day plus travel.

OUR TEACHER WORKSHOPS

Rejuvenate, reward, and remind your teachers why they became educators in the first place!

INTEGRATING "little lessons for a happier world" INTO THE CURRICULUM

In our one- or two-day workshop, elementary eductors use the unique character-building lessons in our books to create lesson plans for their entire curriculum, while actually enjoying their professional development time! Participants break into small groups to brainstorm plans for science, math, writing, reading, nutrition, music and art, physical movement, and social extension. For a change of pace, they create art projects with Cathy, to take back to their classrooms. Designed for 80 to 120 participants.

This is not your "same-old" workshop!!

COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
