Author Allison Stoutland has been happying hearts with the gift of this luscious lemon loaf for years!
Her son, Jake, asked her one day to make "that happy cake" for a new family moving in on the street.
"What happy cake?" she asked Jake. "You know, that cake you give to people and it makes them happy!" he said.
